SHIPPING - Since all of my garments are "made to order" please allow 1-7 business days for you order to be processed and then shipped to you. The processing time may be longer during the holiday season so if you need your order by a specific date please email me or put a note in the comments section of your order form as to the day you need your order by. I will do my very best to get your order to you on time, but will email you an approximate date for delivery. You will be notified by email when your order ships so you know when to expect it. For a custom Swarovski rhinestone design that is not shown on my website please allow 1-3 weeks before your order is shipped. Shipping charges are available by just clicking on the button in the left colum labeled "Shipping Charges". I ship all orders USPS Priority or Express Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping rates are added to your order at the time you complete checkout. If you would like your order shipped USPS Express Mail please check that option when ordering. GUARANTEE AND RETURNS - I guarantee all merchandise to be free from defects and in perfect condition. All items are made to your specifications and are therefore considered "custom made" and are NOT RETURNABLE. If I make a mistake on size, style or color please email me within 5 days of receipt and I will give you a return authorization number to exchange the item at my expense.
